Special requirements due to the COVID 19 pandemic

Ticket holders (VIP, box, or day tickets) and accredited persons

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, special official regulations apply for admission to the 2021 Upper Austria Ladies Linz tournament.

From  Saturday, Nov. 6 to Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021, 3G proof is required for ticket holders and accredited individuals.
 
From Monday, Nov. 8 to Friday, Nov. 12, 2021, 2G proof is required for ticket holders and 2.5G proof is required for accredited individuals

Depending on official guidelines, changes on short notice are possible at any time. Current information can be found on the organizer's website: www.ladieslinz.at.

The following is accepted as 3G proof: 
(11.06 and 11.07.2021)

 1) Antigen tests or PCR test:

(a) Negative antigen test for self-testing recorded in an official data processing system, not more than 24 hours old.

(b) Negative antigen test result from an authorized body, not more than 24 hours old.

(c) Negative PCR test result, not more than 72 hours old.

2) Vaccination with a federally approved vaccine:

The second vaccination must have been received no more than 360 days previously and must have occurred at least 14 days prior to date of entry to the event.

(b) In the case of vaccines with a single vaccination, the vaccination must not have taken place more than 270 days previously and must have occurred at least 22 days before date of entry to the event.

(c) Vaccination, provided that a positive PCR test or evidence of neutralizing antibodies was available at least 21 days prior to vaccination; vaccination must not have occurred more than 360 days previously.

(d) Further vaccination: Must not have occurred more than 360 days previously and at least 120 days must have elapsed between this vaccination and a vaccination as specified in (a), (b), or (c).

3) Proof of recovery or medical confirmation of having recovered from infection with SARS-CoV-2 in the last 180 days by molecular test.

4) Proof of neutralizing antibodies, which must not be more than 90 days old.

5) Quarantine order: If issued to a person confirmed to be infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the 180 days prior to the scheduled testing.

Access rules for CHILDREN:

  • No 3G proof required up to the age of 12.
  • From the age of 12, 3G proof is mandatory.
    Fully stickered "Ninja Pass" is valid for 3 days and counts as 3G proof.

Contact tracing:
Each ticket holder is required to complete a contact tracing form prior to entering the event. The data collected may be processed by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of contact tracing and transmitted to the district administrative authority to the extent of the latter's request; processing of the data for other purposes is not permitted. The data will be retained for a period of 28 days from the date of collection and will then be immediately deleted.

 

The following is accepted as 2G proof:  
(11.08 bis 11.12.2021)

1) Vaccination with a federally approved vaccine:

The second vaccination must have been received no more than 360 days previously and must have occurred at least 14 days prior to date of entry to the event.

(b) In the case of vaccines with a single vaccination, the vaccination must not have taken place more than 270 days previously and must have occurred at least 22 days before date of entry to the event.

(c) Vaccination, provided that a positive PCR test or evidence of neutralizing antibodies was available at least 21 days prior to vaccination; vaccination must not have occurred more than 360 days previously.

(d) Further vaccination: Must not have occurred more than 360 days previously and at least 120 days must have elapsed between this vaccination and a vaccination as specified in (a), (b) or (c).

2) Proof of recovery or medical confirmation: Proof of recovery from infection with SARS-CoV-2 within the last 180 days by   

molecular test.

3) Quarantine order: If issued to a person confirmed to be infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the 180 days prior to the scheduled testing.

4) Persons who do not have proof of recovery AND who cannot or are not allowed to be vaccinated for health reasons:

A medical certificate and a negative PCR test result must be presented that is not more than 72 hours old.

Access rules for CHILDREN:

  • Children up to the age of 12 do not require proof.
  • From the age of 12, 2G proof is mandatory.
